*INDUSTRY FEES:

There are two types of industry registration fees: Healthcare and Non-Healthcare.

  • Healthcare Industry Registration applies to healthcare-related professionals and staff from pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, or medical education companies.
  • Non-Healthcare Industry Registration applies to professionals from non-healthcare sectors, such as financial analysts, non-medical consultants, and staff from communication or marketing agencies, etc.

Early and regular onsite fees include

  • Attendance at the Main Scientific Session
  • Congress Kit
  • Welcome Reception
  • Lunch and refreshments, as detailed in the Scientific Programme
  • Access to the Poster Area & Exhibition
  • Access to congress sessions on demand for six months following the event.

All registrations must be made through the Conference website https://apb-conference.org/

A handling fee of €25 applies to registrations paid by credit card and cash, and €50 for registrations paid by bank transfer.

Accepted payment methods: major credit cards and bank transfers. Cash payment can only be accepted onsite where regular fee will be applicable.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellation or modification of registration must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat Lena Group (info@apb-conference.org).
  • Up to 30 September 2026 all fees will be refunded minus € 25 for administrative charges.
  • From 1 October 2026: no refunds will be made.
  • Name changes will incur a € 25 charge to cover administrative costs.
  • From 30 September 2026, your reservation for registration will be considered as final and no cancellation will be accepted. The total amount will be considered as fully due, and any amount paid shall be non-reimbursable. We strongly recommend subscribing to personal travel insurance.

All refunds will be settled after the meeting.
