Dear Colleagues and Friends,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the first-ever conference fully dedicated to bronchiectasis and NTMs in the Asia-Pacific region. The inaugural Asia-Pacific Bronchiectasis & NTM Conference (APBC) will be held in Tokyo from 13–15 November 2026.
Bronchiectasis is a highly heterogeneous disease, and its causes, manifestation and management can vary significantly across populations and countries.
APBC 2026 will reflect the diverse nature and the clinical realities of bronchiectasis and NTMs across the Asia-Pacific region, giving centre-stage to regional data, real-life clinical experience and scientific development.
This conference will bring together and grow the Asia-Pacific bronchiectasis & NTM community – to share our research and knowledge, develop new collaborations, inspire new projects, compare clinical practices, and discuss standards of care relevant to our patients. It is also a platform to empower scientists and clinicians from across the region, and to shine a light on the significant achievements already made in bronchiectasis and NTM research and care.
Furthermore, we are privileged to welcome renowned experts in bronchiectasis and NTM from across the globe. Their participation will foster rich cultural exchanges and provide valuable insights into diverse healthcare systems, significantly elevating the scientific excellence and international significance of our event.
I warmly encourage you to attend and actively contribute, by submitting your abstract, engaging in meaningful discussions, and helping us grow and strengthen the Asia-Pacific Bronchiectasis & NTM community – together.
I look forward to welcoming you to Tokyo in November 2026.
Warm regards
